Sheet Metal and Welding Works

We manufacture precise parts and welded structures from single pieces to large assemblies – backed by solid experience and efficient production. Raahen Konepajatyö carries out demanding sheet metal and welding projects with decades of experience. Our special expertise includes machine-building components and structures, industrial pipelines, and steel structures, which are manufactured with high precision and efficiency.

Our services cover everything from the production of individual sheet metal parts to multi-stage welded assemblies. We work with a variety of steel grades and special materials, and we master both thin-sheet work and heavy-structure fabrication.

We have modern production equipment and versatile welding expertise. We perform welds using MIG, MAG, TIG, and submerged arc welding methods, selected according to the piece’s structure, material, and intended use. Additionally, we use sawing as part of the cutting and fabrication process.

We manufacture, among other things, machine frames, support frames, protective structures, tank components, brackets, industrial pipeline parts and assemblies, as well as custom-designed machine-building components. We offer solutions for both one-off and series production and can also carry out urgent deliveries.

We have the capability to handle large components and in our production facilities even heavy assemblies can be lifted and moved safely. Through our network of partners we can also take care of pre-treatment, surface treatment and logistics on behalf of the customer.

Our operations are based on professionalism, reliability, and strict quality. Our welders are qualified, and the work is documented as needed according to standards and customer requirements.
