She entered the company through an apprenticeship and, after graduating, immediately became part of the core production team. As a career changer, she took a bold leap into a completely new field, and working at the CNC lathe quickly won her over. Her inspiration also came from her father, who works at the company as a welder — the machine shop became a natural place for a new career path.

Her daily work at the CNC lathe is a combination of precision, measurement, and quality assurance. Jenni machines various parts according to drawings and solves situations that require a creative approach. Seeing the finished part and noticing her own development are the best parts of the job for her.

At Raahen Konepajatyö, Jenni especially values the work community and the fact that you truly get to do things. Coming in through an apprenticeship was smooth, and she has been able to grow her skills at a steady pace. The helpful atmosphere and relaxed yet responsible way of working make the days run smoothly.

In her free time, Jenni finds balance in nature and outdoor activities, spends time with her cats, goes to the gym, and cycles. Calmer moments are spent with books
